If you are looking for a guitar with a cool look and a sweet, crunchy, ringing sound, then check out this Gretsch Honey Dipper Resonator guitar.

The body of the guitar is nickel-plated brass with a finish called “Weathered Pump House Roof”. It has a biscuit resonator cone made from 99% aluminum, “f” sound holes, a rosewood fretboard, and a mahogany neck. Another thing to point out about the neck is that though it’s called a round neck, the neck has a slight v-shape to it. The headstock has a pearloid face with the Gretsch logo.

I think the guitar looks great and the fit and finish is very nice especially considering the price.

In the video I show the guitar up-close and even play a snippet of a song so you can hear how it sounds:

Note that I searched the Internet before purchasing this guitar and could not find a pic of the back of the guitar, so I took one myself:

I can’t be happier with this guitar–it has a great resonator sound, the guitar itself is well-built, and it looks absolutely fabulous.
