Although I was supposed to do a TRX workout on Friday, a crazy travel schedule kept me from it. So I got tired of being sick, and tried something a little different today. I’ve been getting used to my new 32KG kettlebell, mostly by doing cleans and swings. Today is a rest day, and I am doing just that.

Somewhere in my recent travels I picked up a head cold. Blah. But, I didn’t want to lose any ground, so decided to push through the workout as planned, though perhaps I didn’t have as much pep in my step as I had hoped.
