A Library Fit for a Hobbit

Now this is a house.

Designed by architect Peter Archer, and noted in Fine Homebuilding, this fine hobbit house is meant to house a client's collection of J.R.R. Tolkien's manuscripts and artifacts.

Inside is equally stunning.

When can I move in?
