I usually post to Facebook, Google+, and Twitter whenever I add a new blog post on my website, but if you’re not yet on “social media,” then you can sign up on my website to receive new posts to my site by email.
To do this, just look at the top on the right hand side of this page–you should see a section labeled “Get Updates by Email!” and beneath the label a rectangle and below that a button labeled “Subscribe”. It should look like this:
Simply enter your email address (not into the image directly above this line though!). Use a good email address–the one you want my updates to go to, and type your email address into the rectangle and then click the Subscribe button.
Just one more step! In order to distinguish between a real person trying to subscribe to my website and a spam bot trying to clutter up my webpage, I’ll send you an email to the email address you provided in the box. The subject line of the email will be “kendallgiles.com Newsletter: Please Confirm Subscription”.
In that email you will see a link beneath “Yes, subscribe me to this list” — click that link and you’ll be officially on my email list. You are done.
